ConQuesting is a real-life questing event in the form of a cosplay-centric photo-scavenger hunt.
Since 2016, the people behind To Whit Ventures have hosted ConQuesting at DragonCon annually, free of charge.
Players can identify quest givers via our iconic battle standards bearing the challenge:
Should they accept, ConQuesters have the option of undertaking a Mystery Scroll (simpler quests that rely on the powers of general observation rather than fandom or genre-specific knowledge), or they may select their own adventure from our Epic Quest Tome.
Our Epic Quest Tome is
an ever-expanding, curated list of DragonCon traditions and fandoms organized by genre.
The tome is currently 90 pages long, with new shows, games, books, films, and pop culture franchises added annually.
